Debra Perl, Producer/Director

Debra Perl is a multi-faceted professional with an extensive career spanning education, film production, writing, and real estate. Currently serving as an Exceptional Children’s Teacher, she specializes in developing comprehensive curricula and managing the complex legal and administrative requirements of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Debra’s creative portfolio is highlighted by her work as the Founder of Verve Entertainment, a non-profit production company. Her filmmaking credits include writing, producing, and directing the trailer for The Shrouded Well, as well as creating the documentaries Southern California and Against All Odds. Her screenwriting repertoire features titles such as Moses Sole (which evolved into The Deep Blue Sea), the TV pilot Theme Parked, and the treatments for Deep Sin and Walk Away. Her current projects include a "campy" music video, a song Whiskey Fog and the documentaries Wasted No More and Herb.
In the business sector of entertainment, Debra has excelled as a Location Agent at Real to Reel, where she negotiated and contracted over 2,000 properties for film and television. Her technical background includes roles as a Production and Post-production Supervisor at Video Rich Productions and a videographer for Brook Productions. She has also served as a Script Supervisor and Casting Assistant on theatrical films such as Doctor Life and Pacino’s Missing.
Debra’s professional versatility is further evidenced by her leadership roles across various industries:
  • Healthcare Administration: Served as a Memory Care Director, overseeing all operational procedures, hospice coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Media & PR: Worked in public relations with Michael Levine and contributed as a published writer for the Herald Examiner and Location Update.
  • Entrepreneurship: Founded Cadabra Cards, featuring Speed Racer greeting cards.
  • Specialized Services: Experienced as an Event Planner, Travel Agent, Counselor, and Real Estate Agent.

Bradley Schagrin an Advocate for Growth and Harmony, Producer/Director

A graduate of Temple University with a degree in Business and a minor in Criminal Law, Bradley Schagrin has dedicated over 25 years to the Software world of manufacturing, distribution, and software ecosystems. With deep expertise in go-to-market strategies, Bradley has excelled in executive management roles, earning recognition for developing innovative programs, capturing market transitions, and supporting both sales and technical enablement.

Renowned for building cross-functional executive teams, Bradley  has a unique talent for influencing and prioritizing strategies that empower partner sales organizations. Among his many accomplishments includes, being a President’s Club award, serving as an operational lead for international Q2C transformations, and earning a coveted spot in the 2024 edition of Who’s Who in America.

Beyond the corporate world, Bradley is a passionate advocate for community and compassion. As a municipal board member, former board member of ISSA-DV, and a committed animal rescuer, Bradley embodies a spirit of giving back. Whether saving lives one animal at a time or inspiring others to “pay it forward,” he balances ambition with altruism.

Joe Matic/Director/Actor

Joe Matic is a dynamic, hard-hitting character actor known for bringing intensity, presence, and authenticity to every role he steps into. Standing 6'1" with a commanding screen stature, Joe has built a strong career portraying gangsters, law enforcement, and high-stakes dramatic characters across film, television, and theater.
 
His film credits include featured roles in major studio productions such as Black Mass (Cross Creek Pictures), Why Him (TSG Entertainment), Rush Hour 3 (New Line Cinema), The Purge: Anarchy (Blumhouse), Lethal Weapon 2 (Silver Pictures), and Concealed Weapon (New Horizons). Joe’s performances consistently deliver a grounded realism that elevates action and drama alike.
 
On television, Joe has appeared in popular, high-profile series including Gotham, Supernatural, Better Call Saul, The Walking Dead, The Pulse (Netflix), and The Cleaning Lady (Warner Bros.), where he has portrayed everything from demons and cartel members to police officers and hardened survivors. His commercial work spans national brands such as Sheetz, Toyota, Mobil 1, Food Lion, and NASCAR.
 
With a strong foundation in theater, Joe has taken on iconic roles such as Tevye (Fiddler on the Roof), Eddie Carbone (A View From the Bridge), Bill Sykes (Oliver!), and Bob Ewell (To Kill a Mockingbird), showcasing his versatility and emotional range beyond his on-camera action persona.
 
Joe is also a skilled voice actor with narration, audiobook, and commercial credits through ACX and Radio Glair, supported by a diverse range of dialects including Russian, Italian, British, and Eastern European.
 
Fully Fi-Core and professionally represented by DME Agency, Joe brings a highly trained physical skillset — including swordplay, stunts, stage combat, and firearms expertise — making him an ideal fit for action-driven productions and intense dramatic storytelling.
His latest endeavors take him to additional experience behind the camera on a project named No Place. He's the jack of all trades assisting with sound elements, key  grip tasks, and some AD work. In addition he has the part of the Bookie playing to his past performing strengths. He's currently working on several original projects where he has collaborated in the  creating and conceptualizing arenas hoping to complete by end of 2026.  Either way Joe is a doer and can tackle any challenge out forth in the entertainment industry and beyond
